Representative Laurie Halverson, Chair of the Commerce Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 2:30 P.M. on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Stephenson moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on May 1st, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4597 (Tabke); Revenue and reimbursement provisions modified, and discretion to the commission for operation of a card club granted.

Representative Tabke moved that HF4597 be re-referred to the State Government Finance Division.

Representative Tabke moved the A20-0768 (Tabke) amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
