Representative Laurie Halverson, Chair of the Commerce Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:32 PM on February 11th, 2020, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Stephenson moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on March 27th, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3100 (Howard)
Emergency insulin program established, Minnesota insulin patient assistance program established, pharmacy and insulin manufacturer participation required, reports required, and money appropriated.
Representative Howard moved HF3100 be referred to the Health and Human Services Policy Committee.
