MINUTES

Representative Laurie Halverson, Chair of the Commerce Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:33PM on February 13th, 2019, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Elkins moved to approve the minutes of February 12th, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Stephenson moved that HF136 to be referred to Government Operations, and moves the HF0136A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative O’Driscoll moved an oral amendment to his amendment to insert “$1,000,000 for the provision before 2020 and 2021.”

Representative O’Driscoll moved the HF0136A4 amendment, as amended.

Representative O’Driscoll requested a roll call vote for the amended HF0137A4 amendment.
