Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of February 8, 2018 be approved.

The Committee received a presentation from John Hinderaker and John Phelan with the Center of the American Experiment on the State of Minnesota’s Economy. Jeff Van Wychen of the North Star Policy Institute also presented to the Committee.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:00PM
