PROPERTY TAX AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative Hertaus, Vice-Chair of the Property Tax and Local Government Finance Committee, began the meeting at 1:02pm on April 16th, 2018 in the Basement room of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF3430 (Gruenhagen) Facilities used as retreat houses or craft houses classified as seasonal-recreational property.
Representative Loonan moved that HF3430 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Hertaus officially called the meeting to order at 1:05pm. A quorum was present.
Representative Loonan offered the following oral amendment: P. 6, L 6.3, insert “meals or” in front of “areas”. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Loonan renewed his motion that HF3430, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Loonan moved the minutes from April 12th, 2018 be approved. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
HF3688 (O’Driscoll) Energy improvements program modified, consumer protections for residential property assessed clean energy loans provided, and remedies provided.
Representative Erickson moved that HF3688 be referred to the General Register.

HF4063 (Bliss) Property exempted from the state general levy.
