MINUTES

Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, began the meeting at 10:15 AM, on January 19, 2017, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davids officially called the meeting to order at 10:17 AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Schultz moved the minutes of January 18, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 123 (Nash) Premium cigar definition modified, and maximum tax on premium cigars reduced.

Representative Davids moved HF123 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
