Representative Anderson, Chair, called the meeting to order at 10:15AM., April 18, 2018 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Anderson moved the H4016A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Anderson moved the H4016A4 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Anderson moved the H4016A3 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Anderson moved the H4016A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Nash assumed the gavel at 11:28 AM.

The meeting was recessed at 11:47 PM.

The committee reconvened at 1:02 PM in Room 10.

Representative Nash assumed the gavel at 2:07 PM.

Representative Anderson assumed the gavel at 2:18 PM.

The meeting was recessed at 2:55 PM.

The committee reconvened at 7:00 PM in the Basement Hearing Room.

Representative Anderson moved the H4016A8 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Anderson moved to reconsider the H4016A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS RESCINDED.

Representative Anderson moved the H4016A5 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Anderson moved the H4016A6 amendment.

Roger Coppa, Fire Chief, City of Plymouth testified on the H4016A6 amendment.

Representative Anderson renewed her motion that the H4016A6 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Anderson moved the H4016A7 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Anderson moved to orally amend the H4016DE2 amendment by:
Page 2, Line 2.30, delete (LEAN)
Page 5, Line 5.26 delete, 600,000 and insert 710,000
Page 5, Line 5.27 delete, 100,000 and insert 210,000
Page 9, delete, Article 2, Section 3, Line 9.12 thru line 9.22. THE ORAL AMENDMENTS WERE ADOPTED.

Representative Anderson moved to amend HF4016 with the DE2 amendment, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Olson requested a roll call. The results were as follows:

On a vote of 9 AYES and 4 NAYS THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Anderson moved to allow non-partisan staff to make any and all technical corrections necessary to H4016DE2, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Anderson moved to re-refer HF4016, as amended, be re-referred to the Taxes Committee. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 PM.
