MINUTES

Representative Anderson, Chair began the meeting to at 1:01 PM., April 11, 2018 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

Representative Anderson called the meeting to order at 1:05 PM. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Kunesh-Podein moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 29, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Green moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on April 10, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF3447 (Jeff Howe)
Information and telecommunications technology projects required to be developed and completed by contract, information technology and cyber security provisions changed, and legislative report before a project is deployed for live use required.

Representative Anderson moved that HF3447 be laid over.

Representative Nash moved HF2868 be laid over.

Representative Nash moved the H2868A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Nash renewed his motion that HF2868, as amended, be laid over. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

MN.IT Services duties modified, and legislation to recodify chapter 16E required.

Representative Nash moved HF3570 before the committee.

Representative Nash moved the H3570A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
