Representative Sarah Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, began the meeting at 1:02 PM, March 1, 2018 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Green moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 28, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Anderson called the meeting to order at 1:13 PM. A quorum was present.
