Representative Pat Garofalo, Chair of the Jobs Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM on March 28, 2018, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Garofalo moved HF3713 for possible inclusion in a later bill.

Representative Garofalo moved amendment H3713A1 to be adopted into HF3713. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
