MINUTES

Representative Schomacker, Chair of the Health and Human Services Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 a.m. on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 3822 - (Albright): Duty to warn and reciprocity for mental health professionals expanded, and technical changes made.

Representative Albright moved that HF 3822 be recommended to be referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices Policy.
