MINUTES

Chair Dean began the meeting to order at 1:03 PM on March 27, 2018, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

At 1:09, a quorum was reached and Chair Dean officially called the meeting to order. Rep. Albright moved the minutes of March 22, 2018 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Haley moved HF 3240 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Haley moved an oral amendment: “On line 8.1 reinstate the stricken ‘14’ and on line 8.2 delete ‘eight.’” THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.

Representative Haley presented HF 3240 to the committee.
