MINUTES

Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Policy, began the meeting at 8:15AM on March 30th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Members Excused:

Chair O’Driscoll began the meeting at 8:15AM. A quorum was not present.

HF2366 (Ecklund) Minnesota Historical Preservation Office duties transferred to the Administration Department, and report required, and money appropriated.

Representative Ecklund testified regarding HF2366.

Chair O’Driscoll called the meeting to order at 8:20AM. A quorum was present.

Chair O’Driscoll moved that HF2366 come before the committee.

Representative Fenton moved to approve the minutes of March 21st. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Matt Scherer, Department of Administration,
Stephen Elliott, Director and Chief Executive Officer, Minnesota Historical Society,
Erin Berg, Preservation Alliance of Minnesota.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:52AM.
