MINUTES

Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:20 AM on March 23rd, 2017, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fabian called the meeting to order at 8:20 AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Fischer moved to adopt the minutes of March 16th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 888 (Fabian) Omnibus Environment and Natural Resources Bill.

Representative Fabian moved HF 888 to be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Fabian moved the H888DE1 amendment.

Representative Hansen requested a roll call vote on the H888DE1 amendment. The results were as follows:
