MINUTES

Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM on March 2nd, 2017, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fabian called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Johnson, B. moved to adopt the minutes of March 1st, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1293 (Fabian) Open air swine basin ban extended.

Representative Fabian moved HF 1293 to be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Fabian renewed the motion that HF 1293 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1355 (Garofalo) Environmental settlement money required to be appropriated by law.

Representative Fabian moved HF 1355 to be re-referred to the Committee on Job Growth, Energy and Affordability.

Representative Fabian moved the H1355A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Heintzeman assumed the gavel at 8:27AM.

Representative Torkelson moved HF 1466 to be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Torkelson moved the H1466DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Backer moved the H1466A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Fabian moved HF 1547 to be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.
