Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:03 P.M. on April 10th, 2018 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Wills moved that the minutes of March 29, 2018 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF4328 Loon, Prekindergarten through grade 12 education, including general education excel-lence, special education, facilities and technology, libraries, early childhood and family support, self-sufficiency and lifelong learning, and state agency funding provided; and money appropriated. (Governor’s Supplemental)
Representative Loon moved HF4328 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.
