MINUTES
Representative Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:02 P.M. on March 21st, 2017, in Room Five of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Poston moved that the minutes of March 16th, 2017 be adopted. THE MO-TION PREVAILED.
HF1558 Kresha, School district insurance coverage regulated.
Representative Kresha moved that that HF1558 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill or for further action at a later time.
Representative Kresha moved the H1558A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Kresha moved to reconsider the H1558A2 amendment. THE MOTION PRE-VAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS RECONSIDERED.
Representative Kresha testified to the H1558A2 amendment and withdrew the amendment.
