MINUTES

Representative Peggy Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 AM, on February 21st, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Carlson moved to approve the minutes of February 16th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF610 (Knoblach) Agricultural homestead rules modified for properties owned by trusts.

Representative Scott moved that HF610 be referred to the Committee on Property Tax and Local Government Finance Division.

Representative Scott renewed her motion that HF610 be referred to the Committee on Property Tax and Local Government Finance Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF923 (Knoblach) Attorney fee award factor provided.

Representative Scott moved that HF923 be referred to the General Register.

Representative Pugh moved the HF923A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Lucero moved that HF1118 be referred to the General Register.

Representative Lucero moved the HF1118DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Lucero renewed his motion that HF1118 as amended be referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
