MINUTES

Representative Paul Anderson, Chair of the Agriculture Policy Committee, called the meeting of the Agriculture Policy Committee to order at 10:18 AM on March 28th, 2018, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 10:18 a.m.

Representative Mahoney moved that the minutes dated March 22, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4133 (Anderson, P.) Agricultural provisions technical and policy changes made.

Chair Anderson moved that HF4133 be re-referred to the committee on Taxes.

Chair Anderson moved the H4331DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Anderson moved the H4331A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Anderson moved the H4331A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Johnson moved the H4331A1 amendment.

Representative Bly requested a roll call vote on H4331A1 amendment. The results were as follows:

Representative Poppe moved the H4331A4 amendment.

Chair Anderson moved to amend the H4331A4 amendment as follows: Strike “delete section 35 and” and insert “after line 28.”

Chair Anderson withdrew his motion.

Representative Poppe requested a roll call vote on the HF4133A4 amendment, the results were as follows:
