MINUTES

Representative Paul Anderson, Chair of the Agriculture Policy Committee, called the meeting of the Agriculture Policy Committee to order at 10:18 AM on March 15th, 2018, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 10:18 a.m.

Representative Miller moved that the minutes dated March 14, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3441 (Backer) Fugitive emissions standard application to commodity facilities clarified

Representative Backer moved that HF3441 be re-referred to the committee on Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance.

Representative Backer incorporated a modification to the BE-A07 amendment as follows: Page 1 line 1.1 delete the ellipsis and insert “3441”

Representative Backer moved the BE-A07 amendment as modified. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Backer moved the H3441A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Anderson moved the H3607A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
