MINUTES
Representative Tim Kelly, Co-Chair of the joint committee hearing of the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee and the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, called the thirty-ninth meeting to order at 9:05 PM on April 15, 2016 in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum of the members from the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee were present. A quorum of the members from the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee were present as well.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
