Representative Davids, Chair of the Tax Committee, began the meeting at 10:15 A.M. on January 28th, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davids began the meeting at 10:15. A quorum was NOT present.
A quorum was present at 10:18 and the meeting was called to order.
Representative Erickson moved that the minutes of January 22nd, 2015 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Commissioner Cynthia Bauerly, Paul Cumings, Jeremy Eiden, John O’Mahoney, and Jon Klockziem of the Minnesota Department of Revenue gave a presentation on Governor Dayton’s tax proposal.
