Representative Davids, Chair of the Tax Committee, began the meeting at 11:08 A.M. on April 21st, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Davids began the meeting at 11:08 A.M. and the meeting was called to order.
Representative Davids moved that HF848 come back before the committee.
HF848 Davids: Omnibus Tax Bill
Representative Davids moved that the A15-0509 amendment come back before the committee.
Representative Simonson moved that the H0848A21 amendment come before the committee.
Bradley Peterson of the Duluth Seaway Port Authority, testified on the H0848A21 amendment.
Representative Simonson moved that the H0848A21 amendment to be incorporated into the A15-0509 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
Representative Simonson moved to approve the minutes from April 20th, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Davids moved that the H0848A32 amendment come before the committee.
Representative Davids moved that the H0848A32 amendment be incorporated into the A15-0509 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
Representative Simonson moved that the H0848A23 amendment come before the committee.
Representative Simonson moved that the H0848A23 amendment be incorporated into the A15-0509 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
Representative Lenczewski moved that HF990 come before the committee as an amendment.
