LEGACY FUNDING FINANCE COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative Dean Urdahl, Chair of the Legacy Funding Finance Committee, called the twelfth meeting to order at 12:50 P.M. on Monday, April 13, 2015 in Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
A Quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Freiberg moved to approve the minutes of April 7, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF303 Urdahl, Minnesota Historical Society funding provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Torkelson moved the H0303DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Urdahl laid HF303, as amended, over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Funding Finance omnibus bill.
Representative Paul Torkelson and Patrick Flowers, Chairmen of the Clean Water Council, gave a detailed explanation of HF303.
Rebecca Flood, Assistant Commissioner for Water Quality at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, testified in opposition to HF303.
Matthew Wohlman, Assistant Commissioner for the Minnesota Department of Agriculture provided clarification about funding allocations from the Clean Water Council to the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and their uses.
Chair Urdahl renewed his motion to lay over HF303 for possible inclusion in the Legacy Funding Finance omnibus bill, as amended.
The meeting adjourned at 2:00 P.M.
