Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:48PM on February 18th, 2015, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative HEINTZEMAN moved that the minutes of February 17, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
University of Minnesota gave a presentation on the University's Budget Requests to members of the committee.
