MINUTES

Representative Sanders, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:21 AM on April 7, 2016 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Albright moved to adopt the minutes from April 6, 2016.

HF3213 (Kahn) Agency procurement of supplies or services from persons that fail to disclose information relating to conflict minerals originating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or its neighboring countries prohibited, an agency providing notice of the prohibition in any solicitation for supplies or services required.
