Representative Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:47 P.M. on January 28th, 2015, in Room Five of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Marquart moved that the minutes of January 27th, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
