Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on April 12th, 2016, in Room Five of the State Office Building.

Representative Quam moved the minutes of April 7th, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
