MINUTES

Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:47 P.M. on April 7th, 2016, in Room Five of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Selcer moved the minutes of April 6th, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF718 Loon, General education revenue definition clarified.

Representative Loon moved HF718 be placed on the General Register.

Representative Loon moved H718DE1amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Loon testified on HF718, as amended.

Representative Loon renewed her motion to place HF718, as amended, on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3813 Loon, Early childhood and family, prekindergarten through grade 12, and adult education funding and policy provided; and money appropriated.
