Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 5:02 P.M. on November 9th, 2015, at the Brookside Education Center, 211 W. Richway Drive, Albert Lea, Minnesota.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
