MINUTES

Representative Ron Kresha, Vice Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:49 p.m. on March 12th, 2015, in Room Five of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Peterson moved the minutes of March 11th, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF718 Loon, General Education Revenue definition clarified.
Representative Kresha moved to recommend HF718 be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF733 Petersburg, Independent School District No. 761, Owatonna public schools revenue authorization referendum clarified.
Representative Kresha moved that HF733 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.
Representative Petersburg testified on HF733.

Representative Marquart moved that HF947 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Peterson moved the H0876A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
