MINUTES

Representative Joe Hoppe, Chair of the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:53 PM on March 18, 2015 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Loonan moved to approve the March 17, 2015 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1783 - (Swedzinski)
Transportation network financial responsibility provided.

Representative Swedzinski moved that HF1783 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Hoppe moved to incorporate the following into the H1783A8 amendment: strike lines 1.4 and 1.5 from the A4 amendment previously adopted on March 17. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Swedzinski moved the H1783A8 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
