MINUTES

Representative Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on January 20, 2015, in the Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Scott called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Gruenhagen moved to adopt the minutes. The minutes were ADOPTED.

Assistant Commissioner Manny Munson-Ragala and Director of Health Diane Rydrych gave an overview of the All-Player Claims Data Base.

Representative Hilstrom, Kristi Anderson, Jim Lamm, and Gene Henning testified on HF 200.

Representative Hilstrom moved that HF 200 be heard.

Representative Hilstrom moved the A-1 amendment. The amendment was ADOPTED.

HF 200 was laid over for future discussion.

Don Gemberling gave an overview of the Minnesota Coalition on Government Information.


The meeting was adjourned at 9:48 A.M.
