MINUTES
Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the fourth meeting to order at 1:07 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2014, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Vogel moved to approve the minutes of January 20, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Overview of the University of Minnesota System by Vice President of University Services, Pamela Wheelock, and Assistant Vice President of Facilities, Michael Berthelsen.
Robotic presentation by Center for Distributed Robotics Professor Nikos Papanikolopoulos accompanied by two Research Assistants Dario Canelon and Joshua Fasching.
Presentation by Pamela Wheelock and Michael Berthelsen of the University of Minnesota System’s bonding request.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:09 p.m.
