Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, began the twenty-fourth meeting at 12:47 P.M. on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Atkins moved to approve the minutes of April 12, 2016. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Clark and Representative Albright introduced a presentation on funding provided for the Norway House.

Presentation by the Department of Administration on their Capital Security Bonding Request.

Representative Hansen introduced a bonding project for the City of Lilydale on their Highway 13 project.
Anita Pampusch, Mayor, City of Lilydale.

Representative Hansen introduced a bonding project for Jefferson Elementary School demolition funding provided.
David Webb, Superintendent, South St. Paul Schools.
Representative Wagenius introduced a bonding project on Wellhead protection funding.

Steve Robertson, Supervisor, Source Water Protection Unit.
