MINUTES
Representative Erhardt, Chair of the Transportation Policy Committee called the meeting to order on Tuesday, February 10th, 2014 at 2:07 PM in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Swatzky presented HF1949, Cell phone use prohibited in work zones while operating a motor vehicle.

Chair Erhardt presented HF1796 as amended (see attached HR1796DE1), Work zone speed limits modified.
