MINUTES

Representative Bernardy, Vice Chair of the Committee on Transportation Finance, called the meeting to order at 10:05 AM on April 15, 2013 in Room 300N of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Dehn moved approval of the Minutes of April 12, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1444 (Hornstein) Omnibus Transportation Finance Bill

Rep. Hornstein moved HF1444 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the House Committee on Taxes.

Rep. Hornstein moved the H1444DE6 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Hornstein moved the H1444A8 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Beard moved the H1444A3 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Mahoney moved the H1444A4 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Hornstein renews his motion that HF1444, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the House Committee on Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
