MINUTES
Representative Jim Davnie, Chair of Property and Local Tax Division, called the meeting to order at 4:02 P.M. February 6, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Hertaus moved that the minutes from January 29, 2013 be approved. The motion prevailed and the minutes were adopted.
Commissioner Kathleen Gaylord, from Dakota County-District 2, presented the findings and recommendations of the Property Tax Working group.
Questions by committee members were answered by the presenter over the course of the presentation.
Chair Davnie opened the meeting up for public comments.
Tom Dybing, on behalf of Minnesota Association of Assessing Officers (MAAO) offered comments regarding the recommendations.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:57 P.M.
