MINUTES

Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 9:00 am April 16 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Marquart presented the tax provisions of HF 630 (Marquart) Omnibus K-12 Education and Finance and Policy bill

Representative Marquart moved that HF 630 pass

Chair Lenczewski moved HF 1781

Representative Hortman presented HF 1781 (Hortman) Biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility exemption provided.

The following individuals testified on HF 1781:

HF 1781 was laid over for possible inclusion to the Omnibus Tax bill.

The Tax Committee went into recess at 4:56 pm.

The Tax Committee reconvened at 5:35 pm.

Representative Erhardt moved that HF 1444 pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Hornstein presented HF 1444 (Hornstein) Omnibus Transportation Finance bill.

Chair Lenczewski moved the H1444A11 amendment

The motion prevailed. The H1444A11 amendment was adopted.

HF 1444, as amended, was re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:38 PM.
