Representative Murphy, Chair of Committee on State Government Finance and Veterans Affairs, called the meeting to order at 12:47 March 19th, 2014 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Chair Murphy renewed her motion that HF 2120, first engrossment, be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Murphy moved HF 1898, first engrossment

Chair Murphy moved H1898A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Liebling presented HF 1898: Health professionals services program changes made and disciplinary investigation required for noncompliance and subsequent temporary license suspension.

Chair Murphy renewed her motion that HF 1898, first engrossment as amended, be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
