MINUTES

Representative Paymar, Chair of the Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 12:41 P.M. October 9, 2013 in Room 10 of the of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Regarding effects on users and substance abuse treatment facilities:
