COMMITTEE ON LABOR, WORKPLACE, AND REGULATED INDUSTRIES

MINUTES

Representative Sheldon Johnson, Chair of the Labor, Workplace, and Regulated Industries Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on February 27, 2014, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Sundin moved that the minutes of May 8, 2013 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1952 (Atkins) Smart phone "kill switch" functionality required to deter theft.

Chair Johnson moved that HF 1952 be re-referred to the Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy.

Chair Johnson moved the A14-0768 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Johnson moved the H1952A3 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Johnson moved the H1952A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
