MINUTES

Representative Sheldon Johnson, Chair of the Labor, Workplace, and Regulated Industries Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:23 A.M. on March 6, 2013, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Savick moved that the minutes of February 28, 2013 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 463 (Kahn) Pregnancy leave required, and employment accommodations required for pregnant women.

Chair Johnson moved that HF 463 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register.
