MINUTES
Chair Fischer called the eleventh meeting of the Committee on Housing Finance and Policy to order at 12:35pm on 2/25/2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative O'Neill moved that the minutes of February 20, 2013 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Representative Zerwas moved that HF565 (Abeler) be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law.
Representative Abeler presented HF565 (Abeler). Lease terminated upon death of unmarried tenant living alone.

Representative Zerwas renewed the motion that HF565, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice-Chair Bly assumed Chair at 12:50pm.
Representative Isaacson moved that HF666 (Morgan) be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.
Representative Morgan presented HF666 (Morgan). Carryforward period changed from one year to three years, and reallocations reversed for 2013.
