MINUTES

Representative Liebling, Chair of Committee on Health and Human Services Policy, called the meeting to order at 2:23 PM January 30th, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Fritz moved approval of the January 29 meeting minutes. Motion prevailed. The minutes were approved.

Chair Liebling moved that HF181 be recommended to pass the Health and Human Services Policy Committee and be re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy Committee.

Chair Liebling moved Representative Norton's Author's amendment A13-0008. Motion prevailed. Amendment adopted.

Chair Liebling opened testimony to public.

Chair Liebling allowed time for questions and answers.

Chair Liebling notified members and public that the committee will reconvene at 4:00 PM in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building

Chair Liebling continued allowing time for questions and answers from members. Chair Liebling renewed her motion that HF181 be recommended to pass, as amended and re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy Committee. The motion prevailed.

The committee recessed at 3:43 PM.

The committee reconvened at 4:07 PM.

Chair Liebling moved that HF164 be recommended to pass, as amended and be placed on the General Register.

Chair Liebling moved the Author's amendment A13-0006. The motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted.

Representative Norton introduced HF164
