Representative Nelson, Chair of Committee on Government Operations, called the meeting to order at 10:04am on March 5, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Nelson renewed the motion that HF414 be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.
