Representative Atkins, Chair of Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:06 PM on March 26, 2014 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Rep. Sanders moved that the minutes from the meeting on March 25, 2014 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2884 (Garofalo) Special electric tariff required for charging electric vehicles.

Rep. Hoppe moved that HF2884 be re-referred to the General Register.

Rep. Hoppe moved the H2884A3 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Atkins moved the H2537DE3 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Davids moved to orally amend the H2853A2 amendment by inserting the word “solely” after the word “insurance” in line 1.5. THE AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.

Rep. Falk moved the H2853A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Atkins moved the H2853A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS WITHDRAWN.

Rep. Atkins moved the H2853A8 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Atkins moved the H2853A13 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
