MINUTES
Representative Beard, Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:36 P.M. on Monday, February 27th, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Vogel moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 22, 2012, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2102 (Benson) Farm trucks USDOT number requirements changed.
Representative Benson moved HF2102 and recommended that it pass and be re-referred to the General Register.
Representative Benson presented HF2102.

Chris Radatz, Farm Bureau Federation of Minnesota, and
Captain Tim Rogotzke, Commander, Minnesota State Patrol District 4700.
Representative Benson renewed his motion that HF2102 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2058 (Kiel) Motor vehicle weight limit regulation amended; exemptions, search warrants, and citation warnings provided.
Representative Kiel moved HF2058.
Representative Kiel moved the H2058DE1 amendment.
Representative Kiel moved to incorporate the
H2058DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Kiel presented HF2058, as amended.

Representative Benson presented the H2239A1 amendment.
Representative Benson moved to incorporate the H2239A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Benson presented HF2239, as amended.
