Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. on March 21, 2012, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Murphy presented information regarding HF1749 (Murphy) Proctor; local taxes authorized.

A quorum was present at 10:22 A.M.

Representative Runbeck moved to approve the minutes dated March 20, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Chair Davids moved HF2691 be laid over for possible inclusion in an Omnibus Tax technical bill.

Chair Davids moved the A12-0787 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
