MINUTES
Representative Urdahl, Chair of the Legacy Funding Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:35pm on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, in the Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Peppin moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on Wednesday, March 23, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Kiel assumed the gavel at 2:38pm.
HF1061 (Urdahl) requiring recipients of certain constitutionally dedicated funds to submit reports.
Chair Urdahl moved HF1061.
Chair Urdahl moved to incorporate the
H1061DE1 amendment into HF1061. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
